Certificates of Compliance
The Community of Jesus 5 Bay View Ridge Drive
The proposed request for a Certificate of Compliance for an Order of Conditions for demolition of an existing chapel building and construction of a Retreat House-Refectory-Offices, a Chapter house and an Atrium. An as-built has been submitted reflecting the work completed.

Marnie Munger 4 Seal Lane
The proposed removal of 4 Eastern Red Cedars and existing overgrown foundation and island plants. An existing gravel driveway is proposed to be re-surfaced with shells and existing lawn to be re-seeded. Work will occur within 50’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank and Salt Marsh.
Jim Bast 128 Monument Road
The proposed removal of a partially dead tree. This tree had been previously pruned under an Administrative Review but has since declined in health. Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of Wetland.
Kris Ramsey/OCT 2 Little Sipson Island
The proposed moving of an Osprey pole from Strong Island in Chatham to Little Sipson Island in Orleans. Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of Marsh, Coastal Bank, and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage. Work to be done by Orleans Harbor Master and Wellfleet Bay’s Wildlife Sanctuary.
Eileen Delory 15 Country Lane
The proposed removal of a pitch pine. Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of Pond and the Pleasant Bay A.C.E.C. Work to be done by Roger McAdams.
